1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for Tiranga Ride 2026 ("the Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register for the event.
2. Event Registration
- Registration is open to individuals of all ages. Participants below 18 years must have parental/guardian consent.
- Each registration requires accurate personal information including name, contact details, and emergency contact.
- The registration fee is non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
- One phone number can be used for only one registration.
3. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must carry a valid government-issued ID proof on the event day.
- Participants must arrive at the venue at the designated reporting time.
- All participants must wear the official event T-shirt provided during the ride.
- Participants must ensure their vehicle (bicycle/motorcycle) is in proper working condition.
- Wearing a helmet is mandatory for all participants.
- Participants must follow all traffic rules and regulations during the ride.
- Participants must follow instructions given by event marshals and organizers.
4. Health & Safety
- Participants with known medical conditions must inform the organizers at the time of registration.
- The organizers will have basic first aid facilities, but participants are responsible for their own health and safety.
- In case of any health emergency, the participant authorizes the organizers to seek medical help.
5. Code of Conduct
- Participants must behave respectfully towards other participants, volunteers, and the public.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the event is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must not litter and should maintain cleanliness throughout the route.
6. Media & Photography
By participating in the event, you grant the organizers permission to use photographs, videos, and any media captured during the event for promotional purposes, social media, and future event marketing without any compensation.
7. Liability & Indemnification
- Participation in the event is entirely at the participant's own risk.
- The organizers, sponsors, and volunteers shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to property during the event.
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers from any claims arising from their participation.
8. Event Changes & Cancellation
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, route, or format due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of event cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
- The organizers will communicate any changes through registered email and phone numbers.
9. Data Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only necessary information for event management and communication purposes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
